Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking after your shipment has been processed.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Contact Customer Care immediately.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we'll do our best to update the address. Once an order has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Products should be returned in their original condition with applicable packaging and accessories.

How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are issued after the return has been received and reviewed.

Does SET YET™ include a warranty?

Yes.

Every SET YET™ product is backed by our 24-Month Limited Warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.

What isn't covered?

The warranty generally does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, accidents, misuse, improper care, unauthorized modifications, overloading, transportation damage, loss, theft, or damage caused by using the product outside its intended purpose.

How do I submit a warranty claim?

Contact Customer Care and provide:

• Your order number or proof of purchase
• Photos showing the issue
• A brief description of the problem

We'll review your claim and contact you with the next steps.

How should I care for my SET YET™ Modular Backpack?

For routine care:

• Spot clean using mild soap and water
• Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals
• Do not machine wash
• Allow the backpack to air dry completely
• Store in a cool, dry place when not in use

How should I care for my SET YET™ Sleep System?

Always follow the care instructions supplied with your product.

Removable or washable components should be cleaned according to their individual care instructions. Do not machine wash the memory foam unless specifically instructed.

Allow all components to dry completely before storing.
