At TURISTOFFS™, we stand behind the quality of SET YET™ products. Every SET YET™ product is covered by our 24-Month Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.

WHAT'S COVERED

For 24 months from the original date of purchase, the warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:

• Defective stitching
• Faulty zippers or hardware
• Attachment or construction failures
• Material defects attributable to manufacturing

This warranty applies to SET YET™ products purchased directly from TURISTOFFS™ or an authorized seller.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage
• Accidents or misuse
• Improper cleaning or care
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Damage caused by overloading
• Airline or transportation damage
• Damage caused by use outside the product's intended purpose
• Lost or stolen products

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

If you experience a problem that may be covered by the warranty, contact TURISTOFFS Customer Care and provide:

• Your order number or proof of purchase
• Photos showing the issue
• A brief description of the problem

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, TURISTOFFS may provide a repair, replacement, or other appropriate remedy, subject to applicable consumer laws.

Every SET YET™ product is covered by our 24-Month Limited Warranty.
